The high temperature circulating oil pump circulates the edible oil through the heat exchanger and heats up. The temperature difference between the heat conducting oil and the edible oil is used to complete the heat exchange. The heat transfer area of the heat transfer oil heat exchanger is large, which can realize the rapid heating of edible oil in a short time. The temperature of heat transfer oil is lower than that of electric heating tubes and gas, which can reduce the damage to edible oil and prolong the service life of edible oil. The circulating filtration system can effectively collect the residue, and the residue can be cleaned at any time to prevent the blocking of the circulation system. The control system is divided into two types: computer automatic control and electric panel control, which are customized according to the actual needs of users.
